- If you're a MAC user and are having trouble with the video stream, you'll need to download Flip 4 Mac. This plug-in is free and it will enable your Apple QuickTime Player to play Windows Media Video. Follow the download instructions, then be sure to restart your computer. If you have trouble downloading Flip 4 Mac, it's possible you need an updated QuickTime Player.
- If you are a PC user, you should already have a Windows Media Player installed. If you're having trouble seeing the streaming video, check one or more of the following: a) SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION: Due to the large video size on the homepage, if you're using a modem, or have a slow DSL connection during peak hours, the video may freeze or constantly buffer on your machine. Try the audio stream link located at the bottom right of the homepage. b) OLD WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER: Although the Video Stream supports older versions of the Windows Media Player, downloading the latest player may help solve your problems.
