When we come to God in prayer with our issues, the answer that we receive may not be the one we expected or wanted. God may give and allow a thorn in the flesh to teach us humility and the lesson that, in spite of the persistent frustration caused by the thorn, God’s still the Boss. His Grace is sufficient, and just like the miracle with the loaves and the fishes, His Grace is abounding in what’s left over.
