Changing the Disciples’ Prayer Must Serve Some Other Motive

Pastor Scott comments on Pope Francis’ suggestion the words from the Disciples’ Prayer “lead us not into temptation” should be changed to “do not abandon us into temptation”. A word study shows that this is not a proper translation and suggests a way we can be absolved of blame, which is evil in nature. This change must serve some other motive, that in due time we will understand.
