Prayers in our darkest hour, borne out of need for divine manifestation, do bear fruit. There is a progression of prayer in Isaiah 64, asking God, with boldness, to come down and to bring His presence and show Himself with power. God works the impossible for those who love and wait on Him and adhere to His Word. He will see you through when you dig in and cling to Him and His Word, get in the trench and wait there, and continue to stay by the stuff.
