God led Elijah one step at a time through the dry brook experience, each step with a purpose. When it seemed like God's provision for Elijah was depleted, he learned that God provides bread, strength and instruction for each new day, and when one trial ended it was time to grow and move on in faith to the next experience. God puts us through the winepress before He brings us to the place of victory.
