Our subjective ideas of spirituality are not equal to the genuine thing. Spirituality is not theatrics or abuse of spiritual gifts. We don’t need to seek after experiences. We are all members of the body of Christ not independent members doing our own thing. God’s Spirit today brings the same kind of order described in Isaiah 11:2, “the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.”
