Isaiah 5 speaks of God’s vineyard. He has the right to expect fruit from His vineyard. Jesus adds the element missing from Isaiah in the parable of the vineyard, the intercessor, none other than Jesus Christ. We need to hearken to the voice of Jesus – “without me you can do nothing”.
