Colossians 2:8 The Menace, The Method and The Mistake

An Admonition to the Church: be on guard lest anyone carry you away as loot or booty. The Menace to the Church is the demonic force that’s seeking to carry you away. The Method is deceit - persuasive words in the form of religious ideas or behavior and The Mistake is thinking that you won’t be deceived or that the deceit will be obvious/overtly wrong.
